We use information solely for these legitimate business purposes.
Payment Processing
We use Stripe to process deposits and balance payments. When you provide payment details on our booking site, that information is transmitted directly to Stripe and is governed by Stripe's Privacy Policy at stripe.com/privacy. We do not store your full card number on our servers.

We protect your data with secure storage measures to prevent unauthorized access. Sensitive data in transit is protected with TLS encryption.
Data Retention
We retain your information as long as you are subscribed to our SMS service or for as long as we have a legitimate business or legal reason to keep it (for example, an active reservation, an open balance, or a tax record). Message and data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier may charge fees for sending or receiving text messages, especially if you do not have an unlimited texting or data plan. Message frequency varies based on your reservation and any active inquiries.
