Victory Properties – Terms & Conditions

• The security deposit and leasing fee are non‑refundable for all cancellations.

• Upon cancellation, Victory Properties will make every reasonable effort to re‑rent the property for the same rate. 

• If the property is re‑rented at the same rate, all rental monies paid (excluding the non‑refundable amounts) will be fully refunded.

• If the property is re‑rented at a lower rate, your refund will be adjusted to reflect the reduced rental amount.

• If the property cannot be re‑rented, no refund of rental monies will be issued.
