THIS LARGE CUSTOM HOME IS IDEALLY LOCATED 1.5 BLOCKS FROM THE BEACH AND AROUND THE CORNER FROM TOWN! Offered on a Friday to Friday basis, which enables you to enjoy a full weekend! The property is part of the Seascape Homeowner’s Association, which offers a pool & tennis court for your enjoyment!
The spacious floor plan of this home offers your entire family & friends plenty of indoor “and” outdoor living space, with 8 bedrooms, an office, 6 bathrooms, and several decks spread over three-stories. You’ll love the screened porch and large, southern-exposed paver patio area! On the First Floor, you’ll find 1 bedroom with 2 twin beds with a private entrance to the hall bathroom, Living Room, Kitchen & Dining Area and the screened porch. The Living Room features built-in cabinetry and wall-mounted speakers.
The adjacent Dining Area offers a granite island with seating for 10 – plenty of room for congregating with family & friends! You’ll appreciate the well-equipped kitchen with ample counter space & cabinetry. The Kitchen features a Thermador double wall oven & Thermador six burner gas range, a paneled refrigerator/freezer, and an ice maker.
The screened porch is easily accessible from the Living & Dining Areas, and then just a few steps down is the large rear yard (pavers), which makes an “L” shape, spanning along the entire rear of the property and then along the right side of the home. You’ll find an unusually large & refreshing amount of open space in the rear of the property, which results from the pool & patio area and surrounding mature trees with beautifully manicured landscaping!
Second Floor features hardwood flooring throughout, 4 bedrooms + an Office and three bathrooms. The Master Bathroom features a Jacuzzi tub and his/hers vanities. Two of the bedrooms are separated by a bathroom, with each having private access to the bathroom (Jack Jill); one of these bedrooms has a sliding door leading to a private, covered deck. The fourth bedroom features a vaulted ceiling. The third floor also features hardwood flooring, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Two of the three bedrooms have their own private bath. The two bedrooms in the rear of the house each have a sliding door leading to a generous size fiberglass deck.
Complete indoor wall/ceiling renovation with all floors refinished. New teak outdoor furniture to accommodate large parties. Additionally, a new Honeywell UV Light Air Purifier System was installed – similar to those used by hospitals and restaurants to help disinfect and prevent the spread of germs, viruses and bacteria.
This is truly a “family home” offering a special blend of amenities and a fantastic, quiet location close to a fantastic beach and town!

This place is spectacular. From the first moment that I arrived, I knew that this was a great idea. My friends and family are a bit picky and this is the first time that I can remember that EVERYONE was happy. We had plenty of room… the house was exactly what we needed. 2 living rooms, two decks, a beautiful back yard and walking distance to the beach and nightlife. This was our first experience with a shore-house and won’t be the last. I highly recommend Victory Properties to everyone.
P.S. the owner was excellent. Great customer service and was there each time that I e-mailed, text and called. Made me feel great each conversation that we had. I will be a return customer.

Great place!! We stayed for a bachelorette party and it was perfect for 15 women. Lots of space and places to get “quiet” when needed. Beds were ridiculously comfortable and it was very clean! Would definitely recommend!

This is a beautiful property!!! Victory Breeze was perfect for our group of 6 couples. The rental is modern and there was more than enough space for all. Although, it was cold while we were there, it’s a very short walk to the beach. John, was excellent through the whole process and made our stay seamless. We will be back!

My husband and I went away for a weekend in March with 6 other couples. We all had an absolutely amazing time staying in this beyond beautiful and clean home- Victory breeze! The living area was so spacious and the gorgeous kitchen island was our favorite gathering spot. The house was able to accommodate every single couple. It was a perfect weekend getaway from our young and adorable children . We look forward to staying at he property again! The owner is so on top of everything- super accommodating, nice and extremely responsive. It is obvious he puts in a lot of care and attention to his properties.

This year we rented one of the Victory Properties and it was just the perfect house. Victory Breeze has an open concept and is furnished beautifully and comfortably. We ALL talked about how incredibly comfortable the beds were. We hung out at the kitchen island 80% of the time…it has 10 high back comfortable stools! We had a great time, with good friends and the accommodations were first class! Thank you John Depedro for working with me to make this happen, and I look forward to renting from you again.
