45 West 16th Street, Avalon. A beautiful three level home ideally located close to the beach, and within walking distance to downtown shops and restaurants. The home was professionally decorated and furnished. A private bathroom for EACH of the six bedrooms! Wonderful outdoor living spaces. First floor with a large family room (TV) and a wet bar with direct access to the heated swimming pool. Lounge chairs, a bar height table, and chairs adjacent to the pool.
There are three bedrooms (front bedroom with tub/shower bathroom, and others with stall shower bathrooms) on this floor, plus a powder room for guests. A separate laundry room, too. Main living area is located on the second level with a gourmet kitchen and center island. Dining table offers eight chairs, plus six counter top stools. A deck off of the kitchen has a table and chairs for outdoor dining. Powder room for guests.
The living room (TV) opens to a large sundeck with a covered area perfect for lounging. One bedroom and stall shower bathroom on the second floor. The third floor has a guest bedroom with a stall shower bathroom, and a master bedroom (TV) with a large private stall shower bathroom (plus an extra washer and dryer).
Follow the sun…or keep cool in the shade: a wonderful combination of covered porches and sun decks on every level! Plenty of off street parking. Owner will leave 10 beach chairs and beach tags.
