Level 1 of Victory Jewel encompasses three bedrooms including the first floor master. This floor sleeps up to 6 people in the 2 kings and 1 queen. The main kitchen and living room feature counter seating and large dining table. A 75 inch TV, comfortable couch, and chairs makes this a cozy space. The kitchen has a full size refrigerator, ice maker, microwave, dishwasher, and a 6-burner gas stove with pot filler. A bonus for guests with mobility limitations there is no need to do stairs, and access to the pool is directly from the kitchen. You will find that everything you need is at your fingertips.
Ascending the stairs to Level 2 you are immediately greeted by the vaulted ceilings and a sprawling gameroom. This area features a 12 foot bar with generous seating. A perfect location for cocktails, dining, or hanging out as a family in one large space.
Enjoy the pool table, double high tops, a large and comfortable sectional sofa and an 85in monster flat screen TV. Victory Jewel’s wet bar area features another ice maker, microwave, dishwasher, beverage fridge, and full size refrigerator. The bar and dining area also has its own dishware, flatware, cups, and specialty bar items. A keurig and drip coffee maker is also available.
Accommodations include second master bedroom with on-suite bathroom and king size bed. Two additional bedrooms featuring 2 queens in one room and 2 full beds in the other provide the perfect layout. A hallway bathroom services these bedrooms. This level can comfortably sleep 10 people. Exit through the back door and access the oversized 2nd level deck. You can overlook the pool, sunbathe, or find a quiet space for yourself. Stairs lead down to the main level and pool area. You will find Victory Jewel spacious, comfortable, and easy to navigate.

This place is spectacular. From the first moment that I arrived, I knew that this was a great idea. My friends and family are a bit picky and this is the first time that I can remember that EVERYONE was happy. We had plenty of room… the house was exactly what we needed. 2 living rooms, two decks, a beautiful back yard and walking distance to the beach and nightlife. This was our first experience with a shore-house and won’t be the last. I highly recommend Victory Properties to everyone.

Great place!! We stayed for a bachelorette party and it was perfect for 15 women. Lots of space and places to get “quiet” when needed. Beds were ridiculously comfortable and it was very clean! Would definitely recommend!
This is a beautiful property!!! Victory Breeze was perfect for our group of 6 couples. The rental is modern and there was more than enough space for all. Although, it was cold while we were there, it’s a very short walk to the beach. John, was excellent through the whole process and made our stay seamless. We will be back!
My husband and I went away for a weekend in March with 6 other couples. We all had an absolutely amazing time staying in this beyond beautiful and clean home- Victory breeze! The living area was so spacious and the gorgeous kitchen island was our favorite gathering spot. The house was able to accommodate every single couple. It was a perfect weekend getaway from our young and adorable children 
. We look forward to staying at he property again! The owner is so on top of everything- super accommodating, nice and extremely responsive. It is obvious he puts in a lot of care and attention to his properties. 
This year we rented one of the Victory Properties and it was just the perfect house. Victory Breeze has an open concept and is furnished beautifully and comfortably. We ALL talked about how incredibly comfortable the beds were. We hung out at the kitchen island 80% of the time…it has 10 high back comfortable stools! We had a great time, with good friends and the accommodations were first class! Thank you John Depedro for working with me to make this happen, and I look forward to renting from you again.
